Everybody misses the point. How is XP to Vista an "upgrade", and how is Vista to 7 an "upgrade"? The concept of "upgrades" is a marketing contrivance with the singular purpose of making live more difficult. Most people don't even know what "operating system" means, they're just waiting for quitting time. Nothing since XP is really an "upgrade", just a conduit for money flowing to Bill Gates and his millionnaire pals. And we're the suckers who fall for it.
Dr. Frankenstein would be proud.

Also, there is only one UC in LA, aka UCLA. CSU is in a different system than UCLA - CSU LA isn't the same as UCLA. Why would you need to call UCLA by another name?

The idea is "instant on". Having to boot up a PC every time I want to google or email is a drag (plus, of course, the drudgery of having to BE where the PC is). The idea of "always on" is more palatable if there's no machinery or fans involved, which seems to describe this kind of device. Surfing the web while I'm lying on my back, which I can do with my iTouch, is a breakthrough in ergonomics, but with a bigger screen you have the possibility of actually working while being in a position ordinarily associated with sleeping. Remarkable.
But oh what a nice cover it is!
Don't judge a book by its cover. If this thing has a bookmark feature and skip function to jump through long audio files, like my old and long ready to be replaced Samsung YP-T8 that only has 1 GB, I'm buying it!
Would people really dock their iPhones to their stereos? The iPhone is a phone, which people tend not to dock to their stereos, whereas you almost HAVE to dock the iTouch to your main stereo, because it's music playing and internet radio streaming abilities are very predominant. The iTouch is a sophisticated, bonafide audio device, and deserves to be treated as such. The iTouch is actually better for internet radio, using wifi.
Please, don't bother me with your witchcraft.
But I just jumped into the pond to get one, causing a tsunami.
It seems the scale doesn't correspond to either AM or FM.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm in the market for a new phone and money isn't a limitation. I'm also not partial to any particular US carrier, but here are some of the features I'd like to have: WiFi, GPS, good coverage in lots of places, push Gmail (a must!), physical keyboard (a must!), a touchscreen, decent battery life and a relatively slim body. And please, nothing that has a fruit logo on it. No offense to the fruit fans, though. Thanks!"
