Well I'll give you a world-breaking preview of Engadget's HD2 Review impressions :

"The HD2 is the most impressive WinMo phone out there, the battery life is better than what we though it would, the Sense interface is impressive, the screen is wild and so unique, it's a web browsing dream machine, it really has no real issue... but it's WinMo you know, and even if HTC has all this OS mistakes fixed we can't give it a good review it would hurt our heart !" - Gizmodo style ;-)

You cover the Pixie instead of the HD2 ? doh !
what about a review you bunch of droid-heads ?
Damn my heart is shaking !! Should i take this or the HTC HD 2 ? I love Nokia, I love WinMo, I had the luck to play with the HD2 and it killed me ...but i always though i'd take another Nokia to replace my good 'ol N95-8GB buddy... Heelp !!!
YEEEEAAAAAHHH !!! Come on my baby, come to meeee :-P
i don't want to imagine what HTC can do with WinMo 7...
BB > i have use an HD2 and it is THE BEAST of the cellphone market for xmas. It is just incredible, because of the hardware and how HTC tuned WinMo 6.5 and mixed it with their own stuff to fix its weaknesses.

Play 5 minutes with it, it's crazy screen and the gorgeous WinMo 6.5/HTC Sense couple and you'll see how the iPhone looks dated, and the Droid isn't finally THAT appealing. Just my 2 cents, and i tried the HD2 so i know what i'm talking about. Getting one in the palm of your hand is way more impressive than watching videos. Even if the camera is average (like 3GS one but in a 5mpx version including dual led flash) i REALLY want it badly. Two weeks left and i'll get one :-P
i played with it 2 weeks ago : this will be my next phone. It is REALLY impressive, the capacitive multitouch 4.3" screen is gorgeous, it's powerfull and smooth, the interface looks beautifull (HTC fixed all WinMo issues with the new Sense, it is THAT good !!)... The best device to browse the web in 2009 !!!
secretanchitman > none of WinMo/Android/Apple devices combine all these features today :
- a good camera (N97 5mpx ones is way better than most 8mpx on the market these days)
- a good sound when you plug some good earphones/stereo on it (i'm a musician and it's that important to me, for exemple i'd never by an iPhone just because of that !! www.highhopestheband.com/single1.html )
- a decent web browser
- complete smartphone functionnalities

I'll buy an HTC HD2 next month because of the web abilities (that screen is just insane !!!), but i'm sad i'll have a worse camera than the one on my good old N95...
hope this will be on the HD 2 by default :) ...but it seems that this WinMo 6.8 is planned for february.
"DEMAND all manufacture to include the 3.5 mm jack on all WinMO 7 phones" Boy this is part of WinMo 7 prerequisites :-p

I want Zune for Windows Mobile 6.5 damnit !!!
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I just switched to Sprint from Verizon about three months ago for the Pre. Then I went for the Hero about a week ago. Now, I miss my hardware keyboard and am thinking about switching to the Moment. I am still able to switch back to Verizon if I want and get the Droid when it arrives. Should I just trade up to the Moment when it comes out, see if I like it, and if not switch to the Droid? Or something else entirely? Help!"
