i HAD BEEN WITH VERIZON WIRELESS FOR A FEW YEARS AND NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS. MY KEY PAD STOPPED WORKING SO I BROUGHT IT TO A SERVICE CENTER. tHE TECH TOLD ME THAT I MUST HAVE GOTTEN IT WET AND I WAS NOT COVERED BY WARRANTEE.HE TOLD ME THAT I WOULD HAVE TO GET A NEW PHONE. TO REPLACE THE PHONE IT WOULD COST ME $200.00 MINIMUM
OR SIGN A NEW 2 YEAR CONTRACT AND GET A FREE PHONE. NOT WANTING TO START A NEW CONTRACT I DECIDED TO TAKE THE $175.00 ETF AND WENT TO A NEW PROVIDER. A FEW WEEKS LATER I WAS BILLED FOR $350.00 ETF
BECAUSE I HAD 2 PHONES ON MY ACCOUNT. i EXPECTED ONE ETF AND WAS SHOCKED TO HAVE TO PAY FOR BOTH. i HAVE ONE CONTRACT WITH VERIZON
AND FEEL THAT I SHOULD NOT HAVE PAYED DOUBLE. PLEASE FORWARD ME A
CLAIM FORM.

"I've found myself using my PC for a lot of conversations lately, and I'm also considering recording a podcast to share with anyone who will listen. There are tons of USB headset / microphones out there, and I'm hoping someone has some solid recommendations based on experience. I'll consider both headsets and standalone mics, by the way, but I'd like to keep the bill under $100 if possible. Help!"
