It's deffinitely AT&T's fault. It's a piece of shit company. When I was with them, they've been screwing my billing on a regular basis.

If you have purchased 10 songs from itunes over your lifetime, then yes. Some people have hundreeds and thousands of Apple drm protected songs. Not everyone wants to sit all day burning cds.
