Sad, but such is the business world.
What?
IM TRAPPED!
I bet they are reserving this for the new iPhone that would probably be released when they release the 3.0 software in the summer.
It's so fun to remember that I really did pay $499 for my iPhone right when it came out. Still using it, too.

Actually, it's not that fun. Early adopting bites. Learned my lesson.
Just what in the world are you all talking about?
I'm starting to like the honeycomb menu interface.
That was meant to be the Eee netbook's OS, Ubuntu.
At first glance, it looks like a little more dressed up version of the Eee Netbook.

In other words: I like.
I think I would rather enjoy it after experiencing the lack of it with my 1st Gen iPhone. I don't want to buy an already obscure phone. Such is my dilemma.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I own an iPhone 3G and I'm looking for a decent speaker / alarm clock for it. I am going to listen music in a mid-sized room, so I want nice quality speakers with solid bass. I also want to use it as an alarm clock, so it would be great if there is such a feature. The price can be low-mid to mid-high range. I was looking at the Klipsch iGroove SXT; it's powerful, slick and the reviews are good, but it doesn't have an alarm clock feature. It's no deal breaker if I can set it up from the iPhone, but I'm not sure. Thanks!"
