The K1m news is bogus. Go to the normal VZW site and check out the 360 view of the K1m, there's one angle where the coloration is bizarrely off. Guess what, it's the same picture as up here. There is no grey and white K1m.
The V710 lawsuit was entirely different, Verizon advertised their brand spanking new high end phone as having Bluetooth, but failed to include the fact that everything but the headset and dun profiles were disabled. That is indeed lawsuit worthy and the right side won. This one however is just stupid.
This looks like a V3m, not V3c. VZW changed colors on the V3m from gunmetal gray to silver with blaack interior, news is there's a pink in the works as well. This phone has a black interior and so far the only phone with that coloration is the V3m.

"I'm looking for a solid state drive, around 32 to 64GB, for use in my web server. The drive will contain my web sites and the operating system, either Windows Server 2008 R2 or Ubuntu. Large storage is handled by a separate RAID array, so capacity is not an issue. Rather, I am looking for the fastest, longest-lasting, and most reliable drive under $150 that is suitable to my application. Any thoughts? Thanks!"
