does it have a 3.5 jack??? that was one of the biggest downfalls with my voyager. has all the things to be a great multipurpose entertainment device, but need an adapter just to use headphones...if this version goes with the 2.5 jack again it will be an EPIC FAIL...

Well it looks like the bottom mac will actually come with a superdrive and not the garbage combo drive. 1 gb of ram and120 gb hdd. This makes the pricepoint (the superdrive) a bit easier to take for the mainstream option. especially if a student or teacher the price should drop to $899. I still think its a bit of a stretch, but better then i first thought.

Way to lose the sale APPLE. 999.99 for the bottom macbook. Bad Move...they should have atleast made the 999.99 model the middle man unit with the superdrive. Even that would have been a stretch, but this is just horse*hit.

"I'm looking for a solid state drive, around 32 to 64GB, for use in my web server. The drive will contain my web sites and the operating system, either Windows Server 2008 R2 or Ubuntu. Large storage is handled by a separate RAID array, so capacity is not an issue. Rather, I am looking for the fastest, longest-lasting, and most reliable drive under $150 that is suitable to my application. Any thoughts? Thanks!"
