Screwed?

SERO users have been bending Sprint over for years. Sprint has every right to deny you use of the top-shelf devices because they make no money off of you! You have to pay to play.

You don't pay for a Kia and expect a Lexus. Why should you pay so little and get the world?
This should be Win7 capable. It should me the bare minimum requirements.

Not sure about the T-Mobile version as it doesn't have a Windows hard button...it has a Home button.
I want it. I need it.

Don't bother going to a Sprint store...pick it up at Best Buy. BB gives you the post-rebate price out the door.
Yeah. On first glance...I thought the back of the phone had paint chipping off.
Why doesn't Sprint get any love? They HAD sub-par Customer Service for a period of time, but with their pricing points and good service in most areas, it just seems like a no-brainer.

The only downfall I can really see is CDMA not being able to support data/voice at the same time.
Oh, Sprint. PLEASE give me a TP2 this summer!
I had this phone for 48 hours and was pretty disappointed. Hearing that it now has Opera Mini is nice and all, but I jumped on the Touch Pro and have never been happier.

The updates may make this a viable handset for my mother, who needs a phone and wants GPS. Now if the Instink could get her texting instead of leaving 3min voicemails, it'd truly be the "must own handset for mothers."
I've had Sprint since 2001 and never had CS problems. Even when I was at fault (late payments, text message overage, billing mix-ups) they have always treated me well both in the store and over the phone. Maybe I am the exception to the rule, but I have always been very happy with Sprint. The 25% corporate discount makes it impossible for me to go to another carrier for the SEP w/ 3 lines for a similar price.

Keep rocking Sprint!
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a solid state drive, around 32 to 64GB, for use in my web server. The drive will contain my web sites and the operating system, either Windows Server 2008 R2 or Ubuntu. Large storage is handled by a separate RAID array, so capacity is not an issue. Rather, I am looking for the fastest, longest-lasting, and most reliable drive under $150 that is suitable to my application. Any thoughts? Thanks!"
