You're right about the competition. For that reason, no one including youself
will be buying this phone.

Sadly, there were no lines at the Walmart.

The issue may be poor coverage. I went to Yosemite park and I got 5 bars on my ATT phone while
my buddy's Sprint phone got out of service.

You're wrong. The exclusive agreement doesn't prevent AT&T from selling other phones,
it means Apple can't sell iPhone to other carriers in the US. AT&T does sell BB phones.
They just don't sell many WinMo phones for obvious reason. People don't want them!

Oh brother! The phone for sales goes down the toilet when someone mentions winmo.

Why? It is FREE! Nothing beats FREE!

I didn't know Verizon design phone specifically for Irish people! :)

They must be kidding to price $200 for a Windows Mobile phone.

Who are they trying to compete? Against MOTOBLUR?

Read the article. Only "select G1s" get Dunkin Donut. WTF?
Who are the lucky so called "select G1s"?

Read the headline. The story is about software, not hardware.
Moto has banned Windows Mobile for good.

Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I own an iPhone 3G and I'm looking for a decent speaker / alarm clock for it. I am going to listen music in a mid-sized room, so I want nice quality speakers with solid bass. I also want to use it as an alarm clock, so it would be great if there is such a feature. The price can be low-mid to mid-high range. I was looking at the Klipsch iGroove SXT; it's powerful, slick and the reviews are good, but it doesn't have an alarm clock feature. It's no deal breaker if I can set it up from the iPhone, but I'm not sure. Thanks!"
