Would it be possible for someone on the Engadget team to confirm licensing and what not for mirroring The Engadget Show? Living in Australia, our internet is shit and we have really low download limits, and my ISP has its own local file mirror that is quota-free, and they have knocked back my requests for mirroring The Engadget Show because of unclear licensing, and this one was knocked back because "The file you requested is exclusive content from another website or company and we are unable to mirror it due to this restriction."

So can anyone confirm whether local mirroring is allowed?
