Start with adding the features that were rumored to be on the phone; flash in the browser, 1gb of onboard memory, etc. Then take out the numeric pad and add a touchscreen. Finally make it thinner and smaller and update the OS to something more of like a smartphone or add android.
Helio doesnt need to merge with a company thats in basically the same boat as them meaning about to go out of business. I'm also not partial to any particular US carrier, but here are some of the features I'd like to have: WiFi, GPS, good coverage in lots of places, push Gmail (a must!), physical keyboard (a must!), a touchscreen, decent battery life and a relatively slim body. And please, nothing that has a fruit logo on it. No offense to the fruit fans, though. Thanks!"
