Apple, how about approving some good apps from third party developers? Google nav and voice. Don't really care too much for the games. So pissed about that. That's the last time I'm mentioning google nav and voice.
I wonder if all these updates are in response to google offering a free nav alternative. Tomtom better hurry up and drop the price of this app before the iPhone version comes out. It better come out or I'm gonna be pissed.
I'll take latency over dropped calls. It's been really bad lately. I keep my calls as short as possible for fear of it dropping. Reminds me of the days when I used to get the first incoming minute free.
Too expensive. I'll pass. It's much better to have a dedicated GPS for that price. Typical overpricing.
I think you bring up a good point. The problem that I have with AT&T right now is that they are screwing over customers by overcharging on their data plan w/ text messages. If they lowered the cost of the iPhone data plan then I think there would be less uproar over not allowing 3g customers to upgrade for $200. It's their right to make as much money as possible, but the fact that they're being so greedy does not sit well with consumers. Let us pray for the iPhone on other networks so that we can have some true competition.
A lot of talk about the tethering. I agree 100%. No tethering sucks. Both Palm and Sprint need for this phone to take off. Give me a reason to switch. Please. I'm so close. Don't just match the competition, but go above and beyond.
Does this mean that they'll allow Slingplayer to work over 3g? Probably not.
My apple in ear headphones just broke. I need this.
All that comes to mind is "wow".
It can't get here soon enough. "Within 8 years" doesn't get my hopes up too high though.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"With all the new multitouch capable monitors coming out, which one is the best? With the release of Windows 7 I really want a touchscreen monitor for my desktop. I'm looking to get a Full HD monitor that supports multitouch and can still look great during gaming and movies. Which one has the best specs for the price?"
