Your all missing the shuffles point! It is meant to be used as a second mp3 for someone who already has an ipod and wants a portable light low power solution. The target market would never want any better headphones, because thats what there ipod or iphone is for! I for one am getting one to supplement my iphone because of the reasons I stated above.
