I own a Verizon Samsung Omnia. It arrived the day after Thanksgiving and I have been using it since that day.
I use the voice dialing all the time, it's called voice command, just look it up. I hit the button on my BT headset and say call and the name of the person I want to call. If I have more than one number listed for that person, it will ask me if I want to call that person at home, mobile, or work. I say which one I want to call and it then dials the number. I can also use the voice command to launch my programs.
Actually the Omnia does indeed have voice dialing. What it lacks is voice tags. I can't tell it how to pronounce the names so there are some names I can't get it to dial.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm in the market for a new phone and money isn't a limitation. I'm also not partial to any particular US carrier, but here are some of the features I'd like to have: WiFi, GPS, good coverage in lots of places, push Gmail (a must!), physical keyboard (a must!), a touchscreen, decent battery life and a relatively slim body. And please, nothing that has a fruit logo on it. No offense to the fruit fans, though. Thanks!"

First of all, you are a misinformed jerk.
