I started using Macs at, um OS1? And yup, I had the 10.0 beta running on a G3 with a custom rack kit (way before you could buy rack mount servers from Apple).
Not only can you use Safari to infringe on others rights, you can also email files, and I hear the people fill their iPod with stolen music. So I guess Apple should ban Safari, Mail, and the iPod app.
$9.99 seems pretty steep for a chat client, but I'd use it if I get a promo code.
Sorry, that last comment was suppose to start with "don't".
Do feel bad Windows Media Center folks. TiVo managed about the same success rate. In my market only four of the seven main OTA channels work as of today. In school a 57 is considered an F, so that's what I'm giving TiVo for this.

These transition frequencies have been known for over a year. I know there are alot of markets, but this is not rocket science.
I'm often tweeting during conferences, and having the extra battery life would allow me to get through a full day. There is nothing dorkier looking than having to sit near an outlet with my iPhone plugged in.
AT&T is the reason I keep not getting an iPhone. I'm still on the fence and considering an iPod Touch with a dumb phone from Verizon or maybe Sprint (both have good service in my area). If the iPod Touch could tether to another phone that would be ideal (and will never happen).
Here's a throw away so I can save my login credentials. Why Engadget won't let me pick a password I can actually remember is beyond me.
I voted "other" and place the Palm announcement in that category. WebOS could really change the way people think about interacting with their mobile devices, and it resurrected a company I thought was dead.

The Dish 922 HD-DVR with Sling was a very close second in my mind. It's made me consider ditching my TiVo and moving to Dish.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I've found myself using my PC for a lot of conversations lately, and I'm also considering recording a podcast to share with anyone who will listen. There are tons of USB headset / microphones out there, and I'm hoping someone has some solid recommendations based on experience. I'll consider both headsets and standalone mics, by the way, but I'd like to keep the bill under $100 if possible. Help!"
