@venk - The SIM card is only locked out of domestic US GSM providers. Sprint has said it is totally unlocked for international use.

@nyuhsuk - already on XDA!

Mine is on the UPS truck as we speak!
HSDPA 900 / 1900 / 2100

Remind me which US carriers use those 3G bands?
As usual, no CDMA love from HTC. It will be 2011 before this comes to Sprint!
And what does this do for MTBF?
A QVGA phone? In 2009? I used to think HTC was on top of their game but this is absolutely ridiculous.
This would nice if it interfaced with a modern smartphone like a TG01 or Omnia II
So, basically Amazon put up a place-holder page for when they will have the Pre at some undefined point in the future.
I enjoy receiving free goods and services.
No TG01, or Omnia II despite both phones have CDMA/EVDO versions with US bands? Seriously?

If this is all that we have on tap, I'm switching to GSM (shudder).
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a solid state drive, around 32 to 64GB, for use in my web server. The drive will contain my web sites and the operating system, either Windows Server 2008 R2 or Ubuntu. Large storage is handled by a separate RAID array, so capacity is not an issue. Rather, I am looking for the fastest, longest-lasting, and most reliable drive under $150 that is suitable to my application. Any thoughts? Thanks!"
