News from PSP Fanboy I gotta admit something to you all - Legend of Heroes: A Tear of Vermillion is one of my favorite PSP games. I don't know if it's the quirky storyline, cheesy translation or those cute, lovable characters, but all I know is I dig playing it. And I'm equally excited to play...

Final Fantasy III has never been released in North America. What the US called Final Fantasy III for the Super Nintendo was actually Japan's Final Fantasy VI. FFIII is fifteen years old, but all the graphics are being rebuilt from scratch in glorious 3D for the port to Nintendo DS. Otherwise, Square Enix has been very secretive about other updates this classic RPG will have.
i had the same idea but u had it first... heres what i wrote:
draenei lore before they butchered it did indeed state draenei as shamanistic.
Blood elves never did stop worshipping the sun or light in general they still believe in the light like the alliance does.
as of now they have 5 class choices out of a max 6.
see where im going with this?
minor lore modifications could allow for blood elves to be paladins from a group of ex-silver hand high elf paladins that became blood elf paladins after their home was bumrushed by arthas. (wasnt silver hand located in lordaeron and NOT in SW or IF anyway?

small lore modifications could allow for draenei to be worshippers of the light and respecters of the elements, embracing the elements of their new home on kalimdor, and as such, shamans.

whaddya say?

COURT TV, BACKED BY A group of some of Madison Avenue's biggest media shops, has achieved what it considers to be a crucial first step toward the development of an industry consensus for an increasingly important, but so far ill-defined advertising metric: engagement. The project, which was supported by Carat, Mediaedge:cia, Starcom and Inteprublic's Magna Global, Initiative and Universal McCann units, claims to have identified all of the key words and/or phrases that best describe viewer involvement with TV programming, and potentially, how deeply they might be engaged with the ads that run it. The study, which was conducted by Copernicus, a highly regarded consumer researcher that is part of Aegis Group's Synovate division, is drawn from an extensive review of the past several decades of industry research on the subject of TV audience engagement, as well as a national consumer survey conducted by Copernicus in February. The result is what might be likened to a Rossetta Stone for defining engagement: a set of 50 word descriptors and 41 phrases that can be used to identify involvement across television programming.
I've been looking around the web as of late, trying to get some layout inspiration for FLEX application(s) I am currently working on. Typically I would punch out a form, apply some basic smarts behind it and leave it at that. This time however, I have to think a lot more carefully about how I approach presenting reams of paper-based forms in a digital format.

As long as we are on the subject of "free," we would be remiss if we did not at least mention another government-supported program. The Doctors Office Quality Information Technology (DOQ-IT) program is a special initiative sponsored by CMS and carried out by Quality Improvement Organizations (QIO) in each state. DOQ-IT provides consultative services for EHR selection and implementation assistance for small and medium-sized primary care clinics.
Squaresoft's 1994 Final Fantasy VI decided the series's general direction--a more plot-based, event-based, character-based RPG than was normal at the time. While Final Fantasy VII secured that direction as a trend, it was its Super Famicom predecessor that had taken steps in that direction. Uematsu's score reflects this shift in every sense: every character has his/her distinct theme, and events are scored with an operatic sense of grandeur. Indeed, there is even a mini-opera within the game, and within its soundtrack.

"I own an iPhone 3G and I'm looking for a decent speaker / alarm clock for it. I am going to listen music in a mid-sized room, so I want nice quality speakers with solid bass. I also want to use it as an alarm clock, so it would be great if there is such a feature. The price can be low-mid to mid-high range. I was looking at the Klipsch iGroove SXT; it's powerful, slick and the reviews are good, but it doesn't have an alarm clock feature. It's no deal breaker if I can set it up from the iPhone, but I'm not sure. Thanks!"
