Maybe they're expecting the same thing to happen that Apple did (a la the delivering).

But even without a real comprehensive app store, I'll still love this phone. It has plenty other things going for it that make it a great phone with just whats there. My mindset was always that this is just for it to get kickstarated. I don't believe they'll keep like this because its a cool phone and it doesn't deserve to be crippled beyond its limited availability in the US.

The thing pictured up there is a slideclick ( a children's SMS toy), if thats what you meant :p

If that isn't what you meant, I love the look of the sidekicks. In fact, if this sidekick has wifi and some kind of application store, I'm all in.

"I'm in the market for a new phone and money isn't a limitation. I'm also not partial to any particular US carrier, but here are some of the features I'd like to have: WiFi, GPS, good coverage in lots of places, push Gmail (a must!), physical keyboard (a must!), a touchscreen, decent battery life and a relatively slim body. And please, nothing that has a fruit logo on it. No offense to the fruit fans, though. Thanks!"
