I filled with ENVY!
i wonder who is smart enough to click email me when some replies to this comment below . . . let the email spamming commence!
this would be a great stocking stuffer
my battery life has been okay since upgrading to 3.1. no noticeable drop but i have had my phone crash once. I just opened Safari and the phone just shut down on my and took about 5 minutes to reboot. Once it rebooted, it was fine although when I synced with my macbook, iTunes didn't recognize it as my phone, just simply iPhone.
I wonder what Apple thinks. On one hand, boosting the hardware options could lead to more iTunes support and revenue. But on the other hand, this could cannibalize their iPhone/iPod hardware sales. tough one.
am I too late to get in on this?
fwiw, I saw this post on TUAW on my iphone last night, thought it was weird because I'm a mobile me subscriber and have not had any issues with push email, I generally get an email alert once I get an email. But there were no email alerts and the email from apple didn't show up until I opened my mail app and the email was fetched.

Funny it that email that didn't get pushed but all my other emails seem to be working fine.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I own an iPhone 3G and I'm looking for a decent speaker / alarm clock for it. I am going to listen music in a mid-sized room, so I want nice quality speakers with solid bass. I also want to use it as an alarm clock, so it would be great if there is such a feature. The price can be low-mid to mid-high range. I was looking at the Klipsch iGroove SXT; it's powerful, slick and the reviews are good, but it doesn't have an alarm clock feature. It's no deal breaker if I can set it up from the iPhone, but I'm not sure. Thanks!"
