I think Nokia should try and win the war by releasing a descent touchscreen phone instead of suing. I should be suing Nokia for releasing a half baked phone they call the N97.
Se have to drop their Walkman phones, they are just not popular anymore. Focus on smartphones with touch screen, because that is the way of the future, and do something different.
Off course its not a legit Apple release. Did you guys at Engadget even bother reading the ebay description of the iphone?
It clearly says that the sim tray is black, so what does that tell you? Its obviously a fake custom back cover made somwhere in Hong Kong or where ever, as if Apple would release something like that.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm in the market for a new phone and money isn't a limitation. I'm also not partial to any particular US carrier, but here are some of the features I'd like to have: WiFi, GPS, good coverage in lots of places, push Gmail (a must!), physical keyboard (a must!), a touchscreen, decent battery life and a relatively slim body. And please, nothing that has a fruit logo on it. No offense to the fruit fans, though. Thanks!"
