Oh how ignorant you are engadget...there is a REASON as to why this store has special hours, along with the other special hour stores, and it has nothing to do with inventory levels.
$600 MILLION will be spent on advertising the pre by Palm and Sprint....umm that doesnt sound like a modest amount of advertising. The billboards are already all over town.
Sprint will not get the bold. It WILL be getting the Blackberry Niagra, early Sept. It is a fusion between the curve and the bold. And will be tri-band with GSM roaming. 3 MP camera/video.

Watch for a FLURRY of new devices come June 7th, along with the PRE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sprints network IS in order. They were just ranked #1 by JD Power in Call Quality in the West and early this year were ranked #1 in the SouthEast reigion by JD Powers, and over and over again rank #1 in 3G coverage, dependability, and speed. Not to mention 4G. There is no better network. The best network, the best value, and the best phones...all Sprint

Network:
1. Sprint/Verizon (TIE)
2. AT&T
3. T-Mobile
You MUST switch your plan to one of the Everything plans. For 2 lines its....$129 (1500 min), $169 (3000 min) $189 unlimited min.
I really dont understand why Engadget never listens to me...I told you this 3 months ago! It is the CENTRO 2. Old News.
Its called TESTERS! There are approx 2000 testers around the country for the PRE, who STILL are testing out the device. They have been doing this for over 6 months. No big deal...
2 HUGE differences:

AT&T's HORRIBLE network / Sprints GREAT fully 3G network. AT&T might have the worst network overall.

Sprints pricing plans CRUSH AT&T's...forget to mention that in the memo!
Sprint has an exlusive for 180 days...should they meet certain sales #'s it will be exclusive for at least 1 year. It will NOT be released on AT&T or T-mobile ever. There will be 2 other devices that run webOS launched on Sprint as exclusives as well, include the Centro 2, which will run Webos.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I just switched to Sprint from Verizon about three months ago for the Pre. Then I went for the Hero about a week ago. Now, I miss my hardware keyboard and am thinking about switching to the Moment. I am still able to switch back to Verizon if I want and get the Droid when it arrives. Should I just trade up to the Moment when it comes out, see if I like it, and if not switch to the Droid? Or something else entirely? Help!"
