Why not? I'd like to be put in the drawing.
Would those three buttons on the side mess up screenshots?
There's been an English registration page for a good while, since at least October of 2007. I wrote about it back then.

Good to see you tried Hipihi.

There are instructions at my blog's Hipihi page that might help setting up the language requirements for some, at http://suezannecbaskerville.wordpress.com/hipihi/.

It is possible to get the interface to be partially translated into Chinese.
I want something that will automatically keep track of every post I make in forums, every comment I make, such as this one, every time I send information by clicking a submit button or send email by clicking on a button or link in a web page.

When someone produces what they say is a transcript of chat, what makes you think it's real?
Would this apply to independently operated sims, when they are fully implemented, connected to the Linden Lab grid?

I'm enjoying my visits in the Hipihi world.

The interface is actually a bit awkward, owing to it being harder to move the camera while building compared to Second Life's building system. There'a a lot of packet loss. I think there needs to be some work on the internet connections if it's to work well for those in my part of the world, which is quite far from Beijing.

The align x, align x, align z, and align all options in the Hipihi build editor are very nice; it's a shame LL has never implemented these functions despite despite numberous requests.

I suspect Hipihi will do fine. The Project Entropia virtual world and uWorld might be more competion on the home front than Second Life.

Anyone looking to try Hipihi might want to take a look at the IdeaShape Forums at www.ideashape.cn . There's some info at my blog as well.

Folks with access to the Second Life forum are welcome to discuss Hipihi in my group forum in the Second Life forum, the forum named SuezanneC Baskerville.

The Boston statists should consider not spending their stolen money in such a frivolous way, finding a way to return that money to the people that earned it, quit the government, get an honest job, and pay for their own video games.
I think some people use them as a way to chat with people they already know. Others use them to make friends, reading other's comments and posts and responding to them, in some cases establishing a friendship or at least a pleasant sequence of message exchanges. I'd wager that a good many folks sit down with some alcohol and or other drugs in front of myspace or facebook, etc. and end up laughing their butts off.

I find some of the social network sites quite hard to use. On my Ning site, I can't find where to change the phrase "Second Life Avatar" .
Very nice.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a solid state drive, around 32 to 64GB, for use in my web server. The drive will contain my web sites and the operating system, either Windows Server 2008 R2 or Ubuntu. Large storage is handled by a separate RAID array, so capacity is not an issue. Rather, I am looking for the fastest, longest-lasting, and most reliable drive under $150 that is suitable to my application. Any thoughts? Thanks!"
