I seriously doubt that someone will sign their life away for two years for an Ocean 2 or any Helio phone (Device). Helio should just fold entirely and get it over with becasue the only sales that they'll make are with people who already have Helio. Although the phone is ok, it just dosen't compare to whats out now.

Intellectual Property ? Are you Kidding me ? Everyone has they're shine at one point but eventually someone else takes over. Someone needs to tell Apple that they're not God and that you can't patent everything. I guess Black people have patents on Afro's too. Give me a break.
