The update is available through the nokia software updater, off your pcsuite. The link there only takes you to the dailymobile forums where people were discussing it.
Where is the "Dual or Tri Boot" option in the poll? :)
Heh it's funny that Nokia's get left out when they've had 5mp cams + flash and a web-browser with flash support for over two years.
I have a nokia n97-3 (NAM) and did get the updates, but it is kind of strange. Once applying the updates, they did what they were supposed to do - free up c:\ space, update Ovi Maps, and install n-gage. However, after rebooting my phone, the updates return to the list, and fail when i try to re-apply.

Unfortunately there isn't much information that is given, nor is it clear if/where there are any log files we can read to get more verbose error information.

Bottom line though, the updates worked and the n97 rocks. :)

Buying a samsung omnia hd

Yeah, so basically the 5801 or 5900 or whatever nokia will call it, since the 5800 doesnt have a popout keyboard.

What i was talking about was something like the n97 on steroids, giving the unit all the things that it should have had to make it more competitive with the omnia HD - more than 128mb ram, a dedicated gpu, 8mp cam that records 720p, and OLED display to go with the capacitive screen.
Hmm.. There were rumours that it would be the new model to replace the 5800. 5900 maybe?

I got in on the preorder for the n97, so i really hope that nokia won't release a new "super high end" headset so short after the n97.
I'd like one, please!! It'll be a great addition to my n97 :)
YAY i probably just made that extra code just in time! Overnight shipping + tax with the two codes still had me under 500$.

Woohoo!
Wow is that cam made of carbon fiber? That's incredible!
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a solid state drive, around 32 to 64GB, for use in my web server. The drive will contain my web sites and the operating system, either Windows Server 2008 R2 or Ubuntu. Large storage is handled by a separate RAID array, so capacity is not an issue. Rather, I am looking for the fastest, longest-lasting, and most reliable drive under $150 that is suitable to my application. Any thoughts? Thanks!"
