Don't blame IPCS they are in an advantageous position and are exploiting it. If anything Sprint may be better served by expanding their affiliates out again. Letting them take some of the overhead off of Sprint. They should use Shentel as an example, and build on that.

Large storage is handled by a separate RAID array, so capacity is not an issue.
