@Chip

I shouldn't have to read the article... I'm commenting on the blog. If he had permission, it should be posted in the blog entry when making the point that it's idiotic to punish the admin.
Just because it is "one of the oldest and most respected distributed-computing projects in the world" doesn't make it right to use the district computers for it without authorization. Technically, it does cause the computers to use more electricity, it does cause the fans to run more often (fan failure is a major cause of system failure), and it does use "some" of the external bandwidth that might be required by another use at the time--I mean, if 4000 of the systems were running at once and one person was working late to get something done, it might have an impact.

All somewhat minor reasons, but plausible nonetheless... therefore the reasoning doesn't deem being called "idiotic".
Fry's has them on sale fairly often (for something that came out so recently). $199 + our 10% tax.
I admit it. I need these for my PSP Go.
Yes, yes, I admit it, I want it. In "Drop Me A Lime".
Thanks engadget and please fix the comment system!
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I own an iPhone 3G and I'm looking for a decent speaker / alarm clock for it. I am going to listen music in a mid-sized room, so I want nice quality speakers with solid bass. I also want to use it as an alarm clock, so it would be great if there is such a feature. The price can be low-mid to mid-high range. I was looking at the Klipsch iGroove SXT; it's powerful, slick and the reviews are good, but it doesn't have an alarm clock feature. It's no deal breaker if I can set it up from the iPhone, but I'm not sure. Thanks!"
