@Branhower
Yeah, the latests models are a great improvement on the cruddy ice-cream cone model.

Try Apple's "Dual Driver In Ear Monitor" [aka ADDIEM], they're pretty good. You can find 'em on eBay for around £40, or in the Apple store for about £60.
S4s have sibilance issues. Get Etymotic Hf2s if you must have an iPhone headset... otherwise Head-Direct RE0s kick both their asses, as well as the X10s.

Also, Etymotic are releasing an in-line remote model of the Hf2 (Hf3) at CES, which was announced on iLounge ages ago. Well done on being up to date.

@brandonscott and I hope you can demo the app-switcher cards!
@brandonscott
hey brandon, the camera was probably too close to the phone to focus, see if you can change the focus mode to macro :)

I meant the P&S camera being used to film the piece... informative as it was it's always frustrating to not be able to see the text on the screen.

Some person : The Nexus One is unlocked. Also, I'm pretty sure the Droid had more hype...
You think they'd be able to hack their digital camera in some way to make it actually focus correctly.
Those buttons remind me of the shortcut strip on my Eee PC. Not in a good way. Looks pretty cheap.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I just switched to Sprint from Verizon about three months ago for the Pre. Then I went for the Hero about a week ago. Now, I miss my hardware keyboard and am thinking about switching to the Moment. I am still able to switch back to Verizon if I want and get the Droid when it arrives. Should I just trade up to the Moment when it comes out, see if I like it, and if not switch to the Droid? Or something else entirely? Help!"
