SMS is not supposed to be secure, and yes in fact most carriers already do keep track of SMS on their end. The purpose of this spyware was likely to gain access to the emails sent/received on BBs, since that all goes through the BIS/BES and is encrypted over the air, and thus the carriers have no idea what is being sent in them.

I'm running Vista Business on my primary workstation... I only reboot maybe once a month or more, and most of the time thats because of a loss of power or I shut it down because i'm leaving for a few days. Never had a problem with it (even at launch...)

Not really; those components look more like a $400 walmart toy-bike thats trying to look like a real mountain bike. The rear suspension is just a spring, and the disc brakes are mechanical. I can't make out the fork, but its likely along the low-end like the rest. At least put some real suspension and brakes on there for $2600.
I would like to win, please. Thank you.

"I'm in the market for a new phone and money isn't a limitation. I'm also not partial to any particular US carrier, but here are some of the features I'd like to have: WiFi, GPS, good coverage in lots of places, push Gmail (a must!), physical keyboard (a must!), a touchscreen, decent battery life and a relatively slim body. And please, nothing that has a fruit logo on it. No offense to the fruit fans, though. Thanks!"
