Sorry if this has already been answered... searched for it but couldn't find it...

1. Will Best Buy allow you to use an upgrade from another line like the VZ corporate stores do? My line isn't eligible for an upgrade, but I have 2 other lines on my family plan that are. I do it all the time at the corporate store, but I've never tried it at a 3rd party store.

2. Can I get a 1 year contract at Best Buy?

Thanks!
Just one thing that many people seem to overlook... when Jobs first introduced the Intel Macs, he stated that for several years Apple had been developing and had OS X running on Intel in parallel with PowerPC. It wouldn't surprise me in the least if they already have CDMA iPhone prototypes designed, built and running on VZW's network, ready to be shipped to the FCC at a moment's notice for testing/approval.
I'd love to have one. My razr is on its last legs :(
If what we've been seeing is close to what OS 5.0 is going to be like, then I have to say I'm disappointed. I was hoping for a complete revamp of the calendar program. Compared to some of the other options out there, it leaves a lot to be desired. The bells and whistles that they've thrown in are a nice touch, and I understand that they don't want to change things too much, but in its current form I consider the calendar unusable.
It's a hybrid like the Storm. It will be replacing the 8830 world phone. As for the Rogers banner, if memory serves me right, Kevin is in Canada, so he wouldn't be able to get Verizon service. Probably can't activate it on Bell (CDMA) either because it's an unreleased phone. I'm assuming he just threw in a Rogers SIM.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I've found myself using my PC for a lot of conversations lately, and I'm also considering recording a podcast to share with anyone who will listen. There are tons of USB headset / microphones out there, and I'm hoping someone has some solid recommendations based on experience. I'll consider both headsets and standalone mics, by the way, but I'd like to keep the bill under $100 if possible. Help!"
