Can somebody please explain this to me
Would it be impossible to install Google Navigation on the GSM version of the DROID?

Do people really think that it will be impossible to load it onto the Milestone ???

According to Google

"It is part of Google Maps for mobile and is available for phones with Android 2.0. "
Who cares, you can download the Ultimate version from anywhere, and with an activation crack get it, and use it, for free :)
Has been this way since Win2000 to Win XP Pro to Win XP x64 to Win Vista Ultimate x86 to Win Vista Ultimate x64 ...
Ha Ha ... the first time I see two people using a keyboard at the same time, one hand at a time

They are using one hand to type, the other to hold each other's hand, how sweet ... LOL
WinMo 6.5 will destroy Android
WinMo 7.0 will destroy all other mobile OSs
(sarcasm)
Ah ... the beauty of WinMO ...
In regards to this Android vs. Windows Mobile discussion, it's interesting to see all the anti-WinMo sentiment whenever a new phone with WinMo is announced, with potential users lamenting the absence of other OS choices like Android.

Strangely enough, whenever an Android phone is released, you don't have the same yearning for the device to support WinMo ... makes you think ...
Some people like the comfort of the tried and true and are scared to explore other OS options beyond Microsoft, and ... they like their games :)

It's interesting to hear all the good stories about Windows 7, reminds me of all the stories about how Windows Longhorn was twice as fast as Windows XP, and then vista came out, and was a total flop. Although, we can't agree on everything, I think that by now, even Microsoft acknowledges that Vista was a failure, that is why they were rushing out Windows 7.

This is a real tease, great form factor, great screen but why

- WinMo 6.1
- horrible colour scheme on home screen
- only 3.2 MP camera with no flash
- crappy video recording
I've pointed out 4 differences between the two phones, if you can't see them, then get new reading glasses.
The biggest difference, the G3 is widescreen, your iToy is not! If you still can't see it add a ruler to your Walmart shopping list.

Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I just switched to Sprint from Verizon about three months ago for the Pre. Then I went for the Hero about a week ago. Now, I miss my hardware keyboard and am thinking about switching to the Moment. I am still able to switch back to Verizon if I want and get the Droid when it arrives. Should I just trade up to the Moment when it comes out, see if I like it, and if not switch to the Droid? Or something else entirely? Help!"
