This may be a nooby question and I apologize in advance: will WinMo 6.5 (and eventually 7) be available for touchscreen phones that currently run Windows Mobile? My friend has a Samsung Saga which has a touchscreen and uses Windows Mobile, and is wondering if downloading Windows Mobile 6.5 will be as simply as any other OS update, or if it'll a) cost money or b) require a whole new phone with updated hardware specs.
I need a good BluRay player and am just waiting for the PS3 price cut before I dive in. I know many others in the same boat. I fear that BluRay is a stopgap technology in the face of BluRay quality streaming HD movies. The longer Sony waits, the less incentive I'll have to buy.
Anything over $75 and this flops. It's a friggin add-on, price it like one.
first. as in who will be the first to get it?
You should have pulled the ethernet cord from the back of the system and seen if it actually shut down. It'd be hilarious if everything kept working as normal... lip-syncing meets gaming.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm in the market for a new phone and money isn't a limitation. I'm also not partial to any particular US carrier, but here are some of the features I'd like to have: WiFi, GPS, good coverage in lots of places, push Gmail (a must!), physical keyboard (a must!), a touchscreen, decent battery life and a relatively slim body. And please, nothing that has a fruit logo on it. No offense to the fruit fans, though. Thanks!"
