My EDGE is solid. Then again, my work and home is in an area sandwiched between 2 fairly good 3G areas (Akron/Cleveland).
Besides, even with a tethered setup I have yet to come close to the 5GB cap.
I don't think I'll be downloading that much information on whatever short amount of time I would be using it. There are plenty of WiFi/LAN spots I can tie into, I just want it for those times I don't have it available.
I agree. Is the webConnect Jet going to be HSPA+ compliant?
Resolution is WVGA, so it would be 480x800, or 800x480 -- depending on what orientation you have it in at the moment.
If you were smart, you would realize that nothing technology-wise is up 100% -- even with redundancy. So, no, you still don't have an argument.

Again, there were network admins around when cell phones weren't around.
Everything is working fine for me now here in wonderful Cleveland, OH.
If you have to yell like that on your phone, I'd say your service isn't fine.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I own an iPhone 3G and I'm looking for a decent speaker / alarm clock for it. I am going to listen music in a mid-sized room, so I want nice quality speakers with solid bass. I also want to use it as an alarm clock, so it would be great if there is such a feature. The price can be low-mid to mid-high range. I was looking at the Klipsch iGroove SXT; it's powerful, slick and the reviews are good, but it doesn't have an alarm clock feature. It's no deal breaker if I can set it up from the iPhone, but I'm not sure. Thanks!"
