And I don't see what the hype about the Pre is all about....a touchscreen with a slider, yeah so, what's the big deal about that?
As of yesterday at least, Rogers Yorkdale already has the Android phones. Either that or they happen to have two phones that look EXACTLY like the G1 and Magic.
It's "press conference presentation". Not just an ordinary press conference.
Wow, do some companies actually try to make their phones as ugly as possible?
Cool!

Kind of late with the G1 (Or Dream I suppose), but at least they got the Magic pretty early. Before the I7500 was confirmed I was eying the Magic (Black) as an unlocked purchase but now that the Magic is actually going to be locally available (and pretty soon!), I may end up going with the Magic after all.

I imagine they would be 850/1900. In this day in age it would seem like a waste to not allow 3G capable phones to run on that network.
Hey Engadget what is the deal with this "coming soon" HTC phone I came across? Looks like the Touch HD but they say it's a slider and it's definitely not the Magic, Pro2.

"Works With: Cingular, T-Mobile, Fido, Rogers and other GSM Carriers in United States and Canada"

And the Samsung looks pretty nice too :)

Peace!
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I just switched to Sprint from Verizon about three months ago for the Pre. Then I went for the Hero about a week ago. Now, I miss my hardware keyboard and am thinking about switching to the Moment. I am still able to switch back to Verizon if I want and get the Droid when it arrives. Should I just trade up to the Moment when it comes out, see if I like it, and if not switch to the Droid? Or something else entirely? Help!"
