I like it but all of my outlets are out of the way and down near the floor so I won't be getting it.
I'm someone who moves furniture around so this wouldn't be good for me. I'll stick to the small square-like things you plug into an outlet and then the USB into that.
I personally rarely have cash on me anyway, so this is a great change. And for all the people complaining, the airline should just do something really douche-y and make their prices really abnormal and make it mandatory that correct change must be paid as no change would be given. People would be more willing to use credit or debit then.
Maybe I'm missing something, but how does this make it any easier for me (as a consumer) to buy something? I do nothing different other than sign the person's iPod? Not really feeling it. And what about the chip cards? Almost all cards now have the chips. Isn't bringing in a new system that uses the swipe method taking a step back?
On the other hand, the person swiping your card could make loads of money - not only from selling your credit card info, but also from selling your email address and other similar info. No thanks.
Not once have I ever been on the phone and thought "if only this were a video call." Haha. I guess it can be blamed on iChat and Skype, but I've never wished I had the ability to make video calls.
If this even becomes a reality, it won't last long. Many people, like myself, will not stick something into their computer that they just happen to find in a magazine.
Wow. I think that might be the ugliest colour combination possible, haha.
I get that those are unused, but I still find it disgusting.
Yes, because the backseats in the Porsche 911 were so useful when they were there, lol.
It's definitely nicely designed, but I don't think I'd be choosing a Pearl over a Bold.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I just switched to Sprint from Verizon about three months ago for the Pre. Then I went for the Hero about a week ago. Now, I miss my hardware keyboard and am thinking about switching to the Moment. I am still able to switch back to Verizon if I want and get the Droid when it arrives. Should I just trade up to the Moment when it comes out, see if I like it, and if not switch to the Droid? Or something else entirely? Help!"
