If it comes with Eurporean 3G bands, isn't it effectively EDGE-only for US users? I'd love one anyway, though.
The lines are short today because it's rather cold on Manhattan right now.
I guess nook is kind of mass-market, and Que is premium product (8.5x11" size)? This probably will dictate a price of $350 or above all the way $400 for Que at which it will differentiate from nook, which is kind of sad.
To me, it looks like the statue is holding some sort of a soda can. Come think of it, maybe that's what they had in mind, and a product placement from Coca-Cola is forthcoming.
That's Malcolm Gladwell, you ignoramus! He's not a douche, he's a great thinker and a fantastic writer. He's the author of "The Tipping Point" -- the book mentioned by Engadget in this article.

He used to wear a full-blown whitefro, out of a homage to his Caribbean ancestry, I guess. But looks like his hair is getting thin with age. Hence the scraggy Einstein 'do.
This pic needs an "invisible cheezburger" caption.
This is invaluable in the project management and business analysis lines of business.

So what if it uses "special paper"? That's not too much of a requirement. Guess what -- typing notes on a laptop also requires a bit of a specialized equipment which costs alot and which also have to carry around -- a laptop.

Thanks for the suggestion!

But, curiosly, I think Fusion was the last one I actually tried, this time only on 360 controller's inserts. I have foregone clearcoat this time, as it seemed that Fusion is formulated with a little hint of single-stage. Maybe I should have added a coat of clear, but my concern was that, as with most "no-prep" formulas, the evaporant in clearcoat may weaken the paint underneath.

Anyway, while the finish looked great, glossy, and durable, over time its bond weakened and it became possible to easily scratch/peel it of with a fingernail.

Maybe Fusion would work better on the controller's shell/housing itself. Those inserts are really slick -- probably made to repel grease and dirt, and, incidentally, any paint.
Well, SE is just about to roll-out Rachael [sic] -- an Xperia with Android. I believe the major announcement re availability etc are due within two weeks?
If it can trap light and EMIT HEAT, it's not really a black hole. The nature of a black hole is not to emit anything. The only observable characteristic of it would be its gravitational pull.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I own an iPhone 3G and I'm looking for a decent speaker / alarm clock for it. I am going to listen music in a mid-sized room, so I want nice quality speakers with solid bass. I also want to use it as an alarm clock, so it would be great if there is such a feature. The price can be low-mid to mid-high range. I was looking at the Klipsch iGroove SXT; it's powerful, slick and the reviews are good, but it doesn't have an alarm clock feature. It's no deal breaker if I can set it up from the iPhone, but I'm not sure. Thanks!"
