Actually bose products are some of the best. I used to work for them and we made the wave radios and if there was a problem with one radio we had to go through and break down every radio and check and see if there is a problem on any of the others. But yeah they are overpriced but you get what you pay for. Sound quality is Great!
oh yeah that was first and second
They say the pre is faster than the iphone 3g with the new update in some categories. I think they are both great phones actually.

[cross-posted at The iPhone Blog, where you'll find a raft of iPhone 3G S coverage!

Update: As noted in the comments and in a raft of emails, you can open links in a new card on the Pre with Opt + Space + Tap. It works, but Palm, really, Opt + Tap isn't really doing anything here. Just saying. Thanks everybody!
I think the pre looks pretty nice. I like the way the iphone looks also! I do wish the Pre screen had a little bit more real estate but hey... Great phone and OS
good stuff man... Thats the way I feel about AT&T's prices. Love the iPhone but I have Sprint and the Pre.
Nice reply dude!!!!
To be honest the iPhone aint broke so dont fix it. No need to change something that is selling like hotcakes. Ya know... I got a palm pre and an iphone 2G but I think I am liking the Pre more than the iPhone just for the new stuff its got on it.
Look I keep hearing people talk about how small the keyboard is but I am 6'3" and wear an 11 ring and I had no problems typing on the pre when I checked it owt at Sprint the other day. There wont be any problems with you getting used to it. Its actually not that bad so just wait til you see it but I think they are gonna come owt with a few different versions of the phone so if this one is too small then you can wait on the next type of webOS they are gonna come owt with. But I do think they need to keep all their stuff under wraps til they get the new phone ready for retail. I think that will keep the hype up like it is on the iPhone and also it will keep people from hating on the phone and comparing it to something else.
I dont think that Apple has anything to worry about. They know that the Palm is a really good phone and they also know that the phone was used using a lot of linux stuff that they perfected and they are gonna give credit where credit is due. I think its great for the palm and the iphone because now you have a choice between two phones that are just great. I have been waiting on a phone that will perform like my iphone that I have. Since I have sprint also I am getting 2 palm pre's on launch date. One for me and one for my wife
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm in the market for a new phone and money isn't a limitation. I'm also not partial to any particular US carrier, but here are some of the features I'd like to have: WiFi, GPS, good coverage in lots of places, push Gmail (a must!), physical keyboard (a must!), a touchscreen, decent battery life and a relatively slim body. And please, nothing that has a fruit logo on it. No offense to the fruit fans, though. Thanks!"
