@(Unverified) it just like this site - i read your comment and want to reply so i logged in and guess what happened - it scrolled back to the top of the page and collapsed the section i was reading... But as to your point about the outlook issue you are having - that's a sorting setting that is causing that it is probably set to sort by most recent which means it will display the most recent received email first causing it to scroll to the top of your inbox. you can change the sort setting or just be patient and let it finish syncing....
