Knowing I won it for free from Engadget.

:)
Jeez.

This thing is fast.

For real.

Unfortunately, my scroll wheel isn't working in Safari on my Vista machine.

IE7 for me, for now.
"wed designers"

:)

I'm liking the CoverFlow.
Eck.

I had this all figured out until now.
I was going to upgrade my phone in a month or so,
and I was fairly certain that I was going to pick up a SYNC.

Now, I'm torn.

I liked the idea of not even having to open my phone to chose a song with the whole external screen of the SYNC, but if the A717's inside is screen is better and there's a rotating camera, I don't know which to choose.

Suggestions and ideas?

I need a phone that will hang around with me until the 2G iPhone comes around...
Hopefully in a year and a half or something...
I love Engadget Mobile!

You guys rock!
Ultra-Poratble Mac = iPhone Suicide.
Can you imagine being able to rent anything on iTunes for your iPod and/or Apple TV?
Movies, TV Shows, Music, Audiobooks, iPod Games?
For a set price every month?
I would definitely pay for that on a monthly basis.
Price? $30-35 (too much?).
Would be nice to be able to receive some sort of discount too on material you may want to keep. (Rent a song you decide you want to keep and pay $.90 instead of the $.99)

It's an exciting concept.

P.S. I feel like listening to Nirvana every day.
I've realized something about Apple products:

When you first hear of it,
you either really want it immediately
or you think you don't want it,
but later realize you do.
And maybe you don't want it all, ever (on very rare ocassions).

The Apple TV, for me, is a "It's cool...but I don't really want it.
Oh, who am I kidding?
I want it."

Want it bad.
=[

I was really psyched about this because I thought iTunes would finally work with Vista but it's actually worse than before. Syncing my iPod makes iTunes so, so, so, so, so, so, so slow and syncing takes forever.

Since everyone gives their specs,
here are mine: Dell XPS Core 2 Duo 1.86Ghz
I'm liking the Vista Minimize/Maximize/Exit buttons but this updating iTunes Library is taking quite a while...

I can't wait to see what the fullscreen Cover Flow will look like!
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a solid state drive, around 32 to 64GB, for use in my web server. The drive will contain my web sites and the operating system, either Windows Server 2008 R2 or Ubuntu. Large storage is handled by a separate RAID array, so capacity is not an issue. Rather, I am looking for the fastest, longest-lasting, and most reliable drive under $150 that is suitable to my application. Any thoughts? Thanks!"
