As a Pre owner, who's sister and 2 best friends all his iPhones, I'm rather happy with it thus far :P
I'm still hoping for a really groundbreaking Android phone someday, but I'm happy with my Pre, and hopeful for WebOs' future development. It's definitely on par with the iPhone, albeit they alternate strengths and weaknesses, the Pre's UI feels very natural re multi-tasking, moreso than any current Android phone or the iPhone.
Now if only they'd finish up and open their app store to third party apps >.
Yeah, I know, I never said they couldn't coexist peacefully :P I was just pointing out that this is hardly the FIRST app of it's kind, as the article's title implies.

"I've found myself using my PC for a lot of conversations lately, and I'm also considering recording a podcast to share with anyone who will listen. There are tons of USB headset / microphones out there, and I'm hoping someone has some solid recommendations based on experience. I'll consider both headsets and standalone mics, by the way, but I'd like to keep the bill under $100 if possible. Help!"
