Engadget, you may want to have another look at Amazon. It now has a shipping date of August 15, 2009. :(

Amazon has had that date for a while now.

I got a message from Orange to say that it will be out within a week but didn't give a date as it is still in testing.
I think it will be coming out on contract before sim only.

I really needed a date or at least a month for this release. Been following it since January.

Any idea what will come with the phone?
The internal memory is pretty low so will need an SD card. Will Orange supply one with the phone?

I hope this comes out on either Vodafone or O2. Any news on a carrier in the UK yet?

"I'm in the market for a new phone and money isn't a limitation. I'm also not partial to any particular US carrier, but here are some of the features I'd like to have: WiFi, GPS, good coverage in lots of places, push Gmail (a must!), physical keyboard (a must!), a touchscreen, decent battery life and a relatively slim body. And please, nothing that has a fruit logo on it. No offense to the fruit fans, though. Thanks!"
