personally i wouldn't mind kicking cupid's ass with heihachi, cuz just like mr. mishima i ain't tryin to buy chicks candy and flowers no mo.
but is it because more games come out around that time or because people are just inclined to spend lots of money during one period of the year...?

a good game should sell well no matter when its released (theoretically)
i wonder why there has to be a crunch at all? couldn't the industry possibly change so that people can just work more normal hours? meaning, take longer to make the game working longer hours and build in the ship date knowing that there won't be any last minute crunching for a month. would games really be worse off if that happened instead?
you do realize that almost every video game has you as the good guy fighting against the forces of evil, right? they just have different names put to them while this game choose to actually use light and darkness. and this game isn't anything like civilization...
while it may look like the panda has been hit, in reality brian is launching the vicious kick to the throat as the panda is lunging towards him to rip his brians eyes from his sockets.
i used to do the same thing when trying to get all the characters in tekken 2
obviously namco-bandai reps were too busy figuring out how to make a tie in game to the dragon ball evolution movie to notice this game was going to suck a lot of ass, which is why they waited til now to take it away.
subliminal messages really do work. just about every comment has been about pepsi and not about hardware sales. they sell pepsi white here in japan. or they did...it was pepsi with yogurt flavor.
i love the graphics but what i don't understand is why people feel wii games need to have "interesting" graphic styles. why not try for realistic graphics? nobody complained when the ps2, gamecube, or xbox 360 went with realistic styles even tho they're inferior horsepower wise. is it just because people will compare realistic graphics to the ps3 or 360 and find them lacking in comparison?
i don't know how a game sells 2.5 million copies and is somehow a failure. nintendo just had its sights set way too high.

"I own an iPhone 3G and I'm looking for a decent speaker / alarm clock for it. I am going to listen music in a mid-sized room, so I want nice quality speakers with solid bass. I also want to use it as an alarm clock, so it would be great if there is such a feature. The price can be low-mid to mid-high range. I was looking at the Klipsch iGroove SXT; it's powerful, slick and the reviews are good, but it doesn't have an alarm clock feature. It's no deal breaker if I can set it up from the iPhone, but I'm not sure. Thanks!"
