Yes, most Windows Mobile Smartphone (or sould I say "Standard") Edition devices do lack a touchscreen. I don't think that was really anything we didn't already know. Still, the lack of 3G is a deal-breaker.
I'm with Jeremy here. I think all this info. is either false or just outdated.
Also, Ryan assuming you are referring to the i600 and i607, the difference is the 850mhz band and WiFi

"I'm in the market for a new phone and money isn't a limitation. I'm also not partial to any particular US carrier, but here are some of the features I'd like to have: WiFi, GPS, good coverage in lots of places, push Gmail (a must!), physical keyboard (a must!), a touchscreen, decent battery life and a relatively slim body. And please, nothing that has a fruit logo on it. No offense to the fruit fans, though. Thanks!"
