I recently bought a Cing. 8700c to replace my sister's malfunctioning 7100t (T-Mo)and was told there's a "Unlock code/ configuration" but for the past several weeks I've been unable to get it. I ran across your link this morning but I'm still not clear on how it's done.

I ran across your success this morning but I'm still not clear on how it's done. Could you give me that info, if it's available?
Thanks,

"I'm in the market for a new phone and money isn't a limitation. I'm also not partial to any particular US carrier, but here are some of the features I'd like to have: WiFi, GPS, good coverage in lots of places, push Gmail (a must!), physical keyboard (a must!), a touchscreen, decent battery life and a relatively slim body. And please, nothing that has a fruit logo on it. No offense to the fruit fans, though. Thanks!"
