@nicholas: Since when did Nokia have a serious gaming focus? How quickly we forget the N-Gage.
Just to be clear, I am not saying that Nokia needs to be turned around. They are the market leader when it comes to smartphones. They are slipping though, and I don't think this could hurt (too much).
I think it makes sense, if for no other reason but to buy the contract of the man that turned Apple around. Sure he didn't do such a great job with Palm, but in his defense, Palm was/is much further gone than Apple ever was.
Honestly, its just kind of awesome to see portable devices get so powerful we're running desktop operating systems on them.
Really guys, you still have to secure yourselves in your selection of the iPhone by trolling every Droid post? That's just sad.
That's actually an interesting thought. I wonder what the main feature differences between this and an old centro are. I mean, obviously its WebOS vs PalmOS, but I wonder what the basic feature differences are between the OSes, because hardware wise, the Centro and the Pixi seem the same.
Still waiting to see something like this in a handheld. Where is my PSP2 with dual analogs, capacitive touch screen and all kinds of other craziness?
Is the HTC Sense keyboard multitouch?
HOLY CRAP! Microsoft isn't gouging us as horrible on this one as they did on the Wireless-G adapter? I am shocked. That G adapter was $100+, I was expecting this to come out at $120 at least.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I just switched to Sprint from Verizon about three months ago for the Pre. Then I went for the Hero about a week ago. Now, I miss my hardware keyboard and am thinking about switching to the Moment. I am still able to switch back to Verizon if I want and get the Droid when it arrives. Should I just trade up to the Moment when it comes out, see if I like it, and if not switch to the Droid? Or something else entirely? Help!"
