Wall-E the character reminded me more of E.T. than Short Circuit.
Are you going to make it to 50 podcasts, or is 32 your limit?

Neither your feed nor the PodTech feed work.

They're obviously good though. I hope you keep going! Just get some of your minions to work out the technical details...
I would be interested in hearing you talk about it on your podcast, provided you fix your podcast feed. Your podcasts have been very good and are a better format than a blog post for this type of discussion.
If you are looking for some simple medicine ball/home gym type workouts take a look at http://www.crossfit.com/cf-info/excercise.html. Good list there. This type of training is similar to what the guys from "300" did in that it utilizes full body movements, rather than isolating an individual muscle group. Obviously, it worked out pretty well for them. Anyway, the community aspect seems like an interesting idea, especially in light of your Fatblogging community. And no, I'm in no way associated with them.
Jason,

Have you read Pollan's article on nutritionism? As you continue your quest for the elusive Daniel Craig physique you should think about the kind of foods you eat as well. Alas, no more Power Bars.

Another vote to ditch your Blackberry.

To get what you want you are going to have to run BES on top of MS Exchange-- a huge pain. What you should do is get a Palm and use Chatter email with an IMAP account that supports the IDLE protocol. Forward as many Gmail accounts as you want to your IMAP address, but use the proper Gmail for domains SMTP to make sure you reply with the right address and keep sent items synced. You can give each addresss you forward to your IMAP email, that will be transparent to everyone else, a folder on your IMAP server. This doesn't allow for calendar or address book server sync, but it does keep all your emails in sync across any device/client as emails are resident on the server, not being downloaded to different devices/clients.
Anyone know what sort of headphone jack it has? Standard or proprietary? Looks like standard, but I wanted to get other opinions. Wisdom of crowds!
Not a bad idea, but tough if internet ad rates decline. Will be interesting that AOL and Google will essentially just be big ad-serving companies.

"With all the new multitouch capable monitors coming out, which one is the best? With the release of Windows 7 I really want a touchscreen monitor for my desktop. I'm looking to get a Full HD monitor that supports multitouch and can still look great during gaming and movies. Which one has the best specs for the price?"
