Worth a short, crossing the fingers.
So does this thing pick up the same signals as ATSC does? If it doesn't why do we need such a new standard?
I believe most of the litigation you see are from past business model intel implemented. one of the popular claims was that intel gave dell rebates if they didnt sell amd products.
@jordn, I have a feeling it could be on T-mobile US as well.
did it hack the phone so it can tether?
How is the tethering going to work? same method as using the http://benm.at or will i need to do more work in order for it to work?
Oh top of that, you have to update the software once in a while in order to play it. it could get very annoying when you just want to watch a movie.
Most of them would have insurance policy in place.
I would say bring back Jerry Sanders to AMD, but I know he is too old for the job. though I am sure most will agree he did a great job the last few years before he left AMD. BTW this comment probably has no relevant to the topic, I though i just stay it anyways.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I own an iPhone 3G and I'm looking for a decent speaker / alarm clock for it. I am going to listen music in a mid-sized room, so I want nice quality speakers with solid bass. I also want to use it as an alarm clock, so it would be great if there is such a feature. The price can be low-mid to mid-high range. I was looking at the Klipsch iGroove SXT; it's powerful, slick and the reviews are good, but it doesn't have an alarm clock feature. It's no deal breaker if I can set it up from the iPhone, but I'm not sure. Thanks!"
