Looks like the official website pics show an all-black phone, which would look even better IMO
It's absolutely NOT 240x240. Looking at the shot it even seems to be frickin' VGA. Look at the spacing between the items on the screen. Judging by the price I wouldn't be surprised if that's VGA.
You will never see an official t-mobile WM6 rom for the MDA.
Over at xda-developers there are tons of WM6 roms you can install on your mda, and they are awesome, with no T-mobile crapware installed to bloat your phone. Google it :)
I think this one is pretty important:

Test a call when you are downloading something. Does it come through or is sent to voicemail??

On gizmodo they show a video of the guy playing an youtube video over EDGE and a call comes through! This is usually not possible over EDGE, only on 3G.

You can actually receive calls during edge of course, but only when its in a dormant state. Can you guys try to run a dslreports speed test and WHILE the test is running see if the call comes through ? It should be sent straight to voicemail, but if not, they must using a pretty advanced radio chip.
Hey, i see no haters around, but I can sure see fanboys. ;)
YEP!!! I checked one engadget article that says it's tri-band HSDPA capable, meaning, yes, it would work on cingy!!!

I swear i will import this thing as soon as it's out.
oooooo, shiney.
Its cool that they are making these phones smaller, lighter and thinner every time but people seem to forget about the MOST IMPORTANT thing (IMHO)

BATTERY LIFE!

Unless they're using alien technology it's impossible to have a thin phone and not have a battery that's gonna die on you within 3 hours of you playing with it.

I could gladly take some extra millimeters in exchange of a battery that would at least last the whole day with heavy usage.

I know there are extended batteries but their bulged covers make the phone look weird and feel awkward.

Oh yes. The Toshiba G900. My favorite smartphone ever. I would switch to cingular in a heartbeat to get this. Read the specs you will be amazed.

This is a WinMo phone, right? So where are the soft buttons? And the OK button? And the directional keys on the keyboard? I sure hope they add this before it ships. Otherwise one-handed navigation is going to nonexistent.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I just switched to Sprint from Verizon about three months ago for the Pre. Then I went for the Hero about a week ago. Now, I miss my hardware keyboard and am thinking about switching to the Moment. I am still able to switch back to Verizon if I want and get the Droid when it arrives. Should I just trade up to the Moment when it comes out, see if I like it, and if not switch to the Droid? Or something else entirely? Help!"
