AM I the only one who thinks the interface looks alot like OSX?
perhaps this is what the iphone will be based on?
this would be great... engadget can do what amazon couldnt!
to #2:

this is not the case at all, unlike the move from ppc to intel, using intel and amd cpus will not require anything from the developers standpoint, as they speak the same architectural language.
To #7... regarding the reliability of the taurus: I owned a 1996 taurus GL for 3 years. During this time, the brakes died on me 3 times, the radiator failed once, and eventually, at 125k miles, the engine blew up in a fireball at a gas station. I did take care of the car and replaced parts preemptively if I noticed them worn. These cars are definitely pieces of crap.

That said, for what I paid ($2000) with 75k miles, it did work for what I had at the time.

good thing my ds flash cartridge just shipped... these things really do have a use, I'm going to try and run some of the homebrew apps out there on it, as well as some of my own apps. It's a shame companies see the homebrew scene as a threat, because we bolster hardware sales if anything.
wouldnt mind winning myself one of these, the 32 inch regular tv needs to go!
Sure... build this POS... but dont built the "non-profitable" jeep gladiator or hurricane.

Seriously, Chrysler has some serious management issues it needs to deal with.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm in the market for a new phone and money isn't a limitation. I'm also not partial to any particular US carrier, but here are some of the features I'd like to have: WiFi, GPS, good coverage in lots of places, push Gmail (a must!), physical keyboard (a must!), a touchscreen, decent battery life and a relatively slim body. And please, nothing that has a fruit logo on it. No offense to the fruit fans, though. Thanks!"
