so is this supposed to look like a birth control pack?
Your right it's an assumption, but based on the current ringtone business model I think its probably valid.
wow i think AT&T is going to be pissed. As much as this is awesome for users, there goes a nice chunk of revenue for the phone co.
So EDGE Evolution translates to
Enhanced Data for GSM/GPRS Evolution Evolution
for some reason I find that hilarious.

"and have some nasty latency, unless your antenna is physically attached to the cell tower."

Wow the speed of light is too slow? You must be a loooooooooong way from your cell tower.
Do people who own this phone really like it? I tried it in the store and I seriously wanted to take a hammer to it after about 5 minutes. Does it grow on you?

Seriously, I am confused.
#2. The KRZR lets you set different pictures for front screen and main screen wallpaper. Its a nice little feature.
Do people realize that CDMA is in most respects a better technology than GSM. (At the very least its newer.)

In fact UMTS has much more in common with CDMA from a basic technology perspective than GSM. If it wasn't for a certain microsoft type company controlling the technology it would quite possibly be the dominant standard.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I just switched to Sprint from Verizon about three months ago for the Pre. Then I went for the Hero about a week ago. Now, I miss my hardware keyboard and am thinking about switching to the Moment. I am still able to switch back to Verizon if I want and get the Droid when it arrives. Should I just trade up to the Moment when it comes out, see if I like it, and if not switch to the Droid? Or something else entirely? Help!"
