you are correct voip+pda != cell, but their statement was "semblance of phone capabilities", as you carefully quoted. But your equation is only valid if they had said "semblance of cellphone capabilities"....
everyone find someway to convince toshiba to push the clear case on the r400 instead of that white/black enamel *shiver* the guy standing guard said the clear case was an early prototype he practically had to sign his life away to get them to let him display.

and Bucket... he also said that i should watch for a built in drive on the r400 in about the next 6 months... so between being a rather nice tablet with UWB docking, and hopefully soon a built in drive.. i'd say there is a nice tablet for u.
ahh.. but will it be bluetooth stateside?
its soo pretty, oooh so pretty
so this doesnt count against buy nothing day [http://adbusters.org/metas/eco/bnd/] right? *chuckle*
thats awesome...
i've been griping about this needing to come into existance for a while, and i musta missed that last one.. standards, compatability, and full control would be nice, but otherwise all i have to say is its about damn time :)
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a solid state drive, around 32 to 64GB, for use in my web server. The drive will contain my web sites and the operating system, either Windows Server 2008 R2 or Ubuntu. Large storage is handled by a separate RAID array, so capacity is not an issue. Rather, I am looking for the fastest, longest-lasting, and most reliable drive under $150 that is suitable to my application. Any thoughts? Thanks!"
